WOW! Some nice pens! We just got done with a new pen for our Purples. Sorry, no pics yet, got a new fangled camera that's WAY beyond me, but the pen is 24x24, with an 8x8 night quarters. I was wondering what types of plants I could add that the Peas wouldn't eat. We planted Day Lillies, eaten, Japanese Blood Grass, eaten, Honeysuckle, eaten, & Daffodils that they won't eat, but the flowers only last a short while. Any suggestions?
 
Decided to revive this thread. I"m looking for ideas on what kind of pea pen to build next. My ideas keep changing. :/ The only thing that I'm sure of is sand in the run and tree limbs for roosts. Other than that, I'm stumped. :idunno

Anyone else want to post pics of their Pea Pens?
 
I bought a 6' by 10' Chainlink dog kennel at TSC and have my trio of juvenile peas in there. I plan on expanding it...as soon as I have the time and money. Always looking for new ideas for pens.
