We forgot to get the eggs out of our silkie cage and decided to candle them today and found out 7 out of the 10 eggs have babies! We were in shock that most of them will hatch in a few days to a week, we had no idea they had been in there that long, 2 of them just started growing. There are 6-7 broodies on the eggs most of the time. When we tried to hatch out 4 or 5 eggs we got to day 19 and finally found our candler and nothing happend with those so this is a big shock to us. I love suprise babies!
