To all my friend on BYC ....I will be getting rid of all my Birds....ALL breeders and young no matter the colors. I know I will need to list them in the auction section...will being doing that soon, as soon as I get my mind working.



I like to past on what i know about birds over the years i have raised them........Thanks Burt
 
Deerman, sounds like you farm is hitting a rough spot for you to take such drastic action. I only do chickens, but I wish you luck with distributing your peafowl flock to the right people. God bless.
 
Deerman, what about fostering out your birds?

I would be willing to foster a few of your peafowl and we can revisit the fostercare need every little while to see when you are up to having them back at your place.

You get the peace of mind knowing that they are cared for and your breeding stock remains intact and available to you when you are back on top of your game.
Foster families get to enjoy the birds and maybe an egg or two if they are lucky

I will not be getting any birds back...even though I love the birds, have had some kind of birds for over 40 years. I will be selling my collection of incubators also.

If I can get this behind me........will spend time with my grandkids...not birds.

Sorry ya are going threw this, i had the big C in 2000 i know i should be kicked but i have not had a check up in 5 years and to be honest i don't trust doctors anymore.

If you are able to ship to texas,

I would love to have a young trio of IB pieds as in 2 females and 1 male mabe even 3 females and 1 male, do you have any available?

I think it would be a good idea to have another male here just in case cause i got 4 females already.
