Ok I know that a RIR rooster bred to a barred rock will give you a black sex link . But can you get a sex link from a barred rock rooster bred to a RIR hen. Just wondering cus thats what ive got.

No. All babies will get the barring gene from the rooster.
It's the barring gene specifically that's the sex linked trait.

So I would end up with all barred offspring right?

From what I have read, you should get red barred from a BR roo on RIR hens.
