How cute!!

I miss my two salmon faverolle hens! They were the absolute BEST moms ever! Not sure if it is the breed or just the two I had, but they would care for the chicks through 6 weeks of age! When other broody's had their babies and were done after 3 weeks, the faverolles would take over ALL the chicks and add them to their own clutch. GREAT mothers!!

I know Pearl is a roo, even at 2 weeks old. I think TJ is a pullet and after all I've gone through with Rowdy, I'm hoping the gods will favor me and she'll be a pullet too.

ETA: I had more in the bator than 4, but had to toss some that didn't develop.
