They were 8 weeks on Weds and today was their first adventure outside. We were so surprised that the lt. Brahmas were the most adventurous.. and the BR by far the least. At last they all finally made it out of the coop!! They were such chickens

YEAH!!! Getting to enjoy the real world. Now we are praying the Lord protects them!!
 
They are beautiful. I can't wait until mine get that big, they are only 3 weeks old now, but they got to go outside today and really seemed to enjoy it.
 
It was a beautiful day! I just put mine up after being out for a good 2-3 hours.. they love it outside and they get their big gorl coop tomorrow

Took mine outside for the first time today also (3 weeks old). I'm 're-purposing' a rarely used 10'X24' dog-run and there was still one small 4' overhead section that wasn't covered, so I kept scooting them away from that end, but what fun they had! A few would just leap straight into the air, testing their wings, I guess. Seemed to REALLY love it outside, but they're too pooped to peep now!

So cute! Really have to start my coop..
