I just candled one of my smaller eggs..its not large like I read double yolkers should be. Its Day 10 and it appears that there are two blobs in there. I'd think they'd be a lot further along in development because the blobs are small...but I had heat issues in the beginning. There doesn't look to be two yolks. And one blob definitely moved. The blobs are the same size...do you think it could be twins? I know alot of people had posted on it and I read them, but all seem to be about double yolkers and this doesn't seem to be one. I"ll try to take a video.

I just videoed it and made it darker than before...definitely looks like two embryos. I took several videos and after they're uploading I'll post them all!

i cant wait to get a look at this. that would be so awesome and i would assume rare. especially if it hatched.

Sooo...is this what a regular embryo looks like? Or is it a twin? I looked at candling videos and one did kinda look like this but not others. So...I really want to know. Since there are two really dark spots. One side looks like theres something in between them and one side looks like its two separate things. Sorry the video kinda sucks.

ooohhh! Yay! I know it doesnt have a good chance, but still how very cool.

Maybe it's just the way the chick is laying? Like one dark spot is the head and the other is the body and you're just having a hard time seeing the neck.

BUT if it's two, how neat!

ETA: Did you candle from any other angle? I usually shine the light through the large side of the egg (where the air sac is located). Maybe, it will look different if you try that?
