Has anyone here built the "City Biddy" henhouse?

I got some plans online for a small 3 chicken house called the "City Biddy" and am getting ready to try to build it. I have absolutely no experience in building so it will be an interesting project I am sure. Just wondering if anyone here has built this little house and how hard it was.

No chickens yet but I think I will get them next Friday, so must get busy on their home

--I don't think the gal will mind if I post it as it might drum up some new business for her---but I plan to mail her and ask as well. It is a cute little house but only big enough for 3 standard hens or 4 bantys.
 
I bought the plans and realized there was no way I would be able to limit myself to 3 chickens!

It did look like a great set up for people who aren't addicted.

I know I will want more chickens as well, but I want to build this as a take along coop in case I decide to sell my house and downsize in the next few years. I have enough room to build a big coop as well, but thought I would start small and portable

It will be awhile before I get started I'm sure, but will show the finished product when I get done. Then I have to build the run----:|
 
Super cute and looks like it might be easy to build as well which is always a plus!
