I think they all look like girls. Seems like they all have finer legs and only a little comb development for 11 wks old. But I'm no expert. This is just my humble opinion.
 
Looks like pullets right now. But I agree with the white...my roos definitely had more white in them. Oh just seeing those Speckled Sussex makes me remember trying to breed those stupid crooked toes out of them.....grrrrr
