White.. earlobes?

One of my Rhode Island Red roosters has bright white- I guess they are earlobes? I don't think I have ever seen this. Is it normal? OR do I have a special roo?
It's a little hard to see in this picture, but in the 10 days since this picture has been taken, its gotten very bright white

Well, I do know there is something else in these supposed Rhode Island Reds. I got them from a private hatchery, I guess you'd call it? The guy said they were all RIR's. I hate to tell him but.. they arent . But they are all pretty. Except for the 1 roo, pictured here next to the guy with the tomato. He is Interesting looking.

But he's the only one out of 11 to have white earlobes.
