HELP!! What Gender is this duck?

You know how it is... you get them as babies and you just can't tell. Well this duck, I do believe, should be old enough by now, but I'd LOVE some input.

The original owners kept saying "he", but when I got it today, I noticed a pink ribbon.. and then this.

Is my duck a boy or a girl?

I have just learned that Roscoe IS INDEED a boy duck.

And after talking to Roscoe, he told me that he thought that it was a tank top. He is quite a character!

He seems to llike pink... something about an old girlfriend?

So he's a Queen Duck??? I have my very own and they make great companions and really know how to accessorize. I'd really love to have a pair so I am so jealous!!! You'll know he's a true Queen if he wants to go shopping with you! (Imagine the possabilities!)
