I knew you were going to notice the toes!

I didn't have time to post them this morning. I was late for church. I was preserving his dignity on the internet. LOL

I did bandage his toes. I wanted you to see naturally first.

I'll check them in a couple days and see how they look.

This was one I had to chip away some of the shell.

PC, you brought out that chicks true color!

Are we part of the super secret Order of the Purple Chick now? Is there a super secret hand shake?

No, no, no, Henry. You don't want to hatch out these ugly little blue chicks do you? Of course you don't. You wouldn't want to fool with these old blue and black things. You should go find some of them there silkie creatures to hatch. PC can help you with those!

What beautiful babies! My mom was here as I looked at them and she saw the purple one and was just about to go off,,, I explained it was photoshopped. She is one who stop at pet stores and blast them for dyed chicks and such.

That is not a dyed or Photoshopped chick. It's mom was one of my
purple orps that snuck into the run and said "hey big fella" to the
roo who fathered those chicks. She may get darker as she gets older.
See purple orps are a sex link. The girls look like that and the cockerals
look like a blueish Barred Rock. As she gets older she'll get darker feathers
and a lighter breast. This is assuming she received the reccessive purp gene.
If she didn't she may end up looking like a chicken. Just not sure.

Congrats on your babies MP!!!!
