You guys are killing me! Javas, Buckeyes, Partridge Cochins, Silkies, Light Brahma-- all birds that I love. But I can't bid....

I just wanted to update everyone. I normally do the auction updates, but last week I asked for help for a week. I have Multiple Sclerosis and I was going in for IV steroid treatments last week. Well, all week long my blood pressure was really high. Then on Thursday not only was my bp high, but my pulse was extremely low. So the hospital said that I couldn't get my steroids and wheeled me over to the ER. Turns out I had a clot in my leg, and suffered from a Pulmonary Embolism. Thank God I was at the hospital and I was able to get prompt treatment. I am still hospitalized and they are not sure when they are going to let me out. I have none of the risk factors for clots or DVT, so it is really a mystery. Where is House when you need him? While I've been in the hospital, I have had two sets of eggs hatch, much to the dismay of my husband. I don't want to tell him that there are another 24 eggs that are set to hatch tomorrow.

As soon as I am home from the hospital I will resume the updates. Thank you so much PhoenixFeatherFarms for the great job you have been doing!

Thank goodness they caught that clot!!!! I truly wish you a speedy and complete recovery!!!! Your newly hatched chicks await your return home!!! I hope your hubby isn't too "frazzled" with this whole hatching thing(smile). Get well quickly!!!!!

I had 2 undetected blood clots 8 yrs ago, they caused 2 massive heart attacks, but a dear Doc in the ER that didn't know me, worked without our knowledge for 3 months until he found out what was wrong with me. Good Luck!!!!
