I did a hatch with 13 Namble eggs (see below) /not counting the one I dropped/ and 12 of my own (White silkie over a GLW or RIR), five quit/were not fertile by day 10, three of mine and two of his. (two of those /of mine/ were 'first eggs to dead hens)

Roosters: Buff Brahma and Blue Laced Red Wandotte.
Hens: Ancona, Barred Rock, Black Minorca, Blue Andalusian, Brown Leghorn, Buff Brahma, Dark Cornish, EE, Partridge Rock, Rhode Island Red, Silver Spangled Hamburg, White Cochin and White Rock.
I set them the day they were received because they had been incubating in the mail truck for three days already. a total of 18 eggs incubated the whole 21 days.

picts -each pict is an individual chick except for the head shot of 'marble' who is oddly marbled. I showed foot feathers, number of toes, color of feet and feathers.
I think the White silkie*RIR sexlinked... see the black silkie looking chicks and the bleached chipmunck/pale yellow 5 toes...
