There's someone a few blocks from me with an old bug converted to a pickup, nice job too. It has a wooden bed and sides just behind the two front seats.

Now and then I see a couple neighborhood ducks in the pond. Not sweeties like Jen's Stanley, mind you!
As to koi, the pond in the photo is only 2 feet deep. However, it is connected to another pond that is larger and about 5 feet deep. At one end it has a shelf of sorts that would allow the fish to hide. I don't have koi because the pond doesn't have an appropriate filtration system and the herons around here are persistent. I hear keeping koi can be very expensive. Is that true?

I guess I tend to forget how lucky I am. I have a 4x4 pickup, the one ton with a 12' flat bed and 1000 lb crane on it, the car trailer and the 6x12 enclosed trailer so I can move most anything I want and then have tractors with loaders to unload with. I have the most awesome neighbors, 13 acres and can have what ever critters we want. I am so poor if it cost a dime to poop I would just have to puke but I have so much that money can't buy. I am very blessed even though some times it may not seem like it.
