Wondering what breed this lovely girl is- she's small so we're pretty sure she's a bantam.

It is hard to see the body type if you are holding her. She is cute, but I see the comb is a little odd. How old is she?

Just a guess, they are considered rare and most hatcheries don't sell them.
Looks to me like a Blue Japanese Bantam (likely a mix)
Where did you get her?
Some ways to tell for sure:
Japanese Bantams lay tinted to white eggs and have the same leg color (from what I can tell). Some of them have been known to fly better than other chickens. Their tails stand at a higher angle than other breeds, and their wings are pointed so low that they appear to be floating rather than walking.
