I know riane! I am from PA and used to go to Rabbit shows and such. May be moving back east but then my "purse" will be in trouble!!!!! Ha Ha

Right now I save up and pay shipping so I can get the best birds I can afford. Since there are not many Silkie breeders here I always have people that want to buy chicks.
Works for now.

hi, i have baby silkies and i put a infra red light in the coop and wrapped the outside with a warm tarp just wondering if they are going to be warm enough there are 3 months old its been getting down in the thirtys and i justwanted some feedback how everyone else keeps there babies warm thanks pam

Agree! Good advice. Just keep them dry and out of Drafts.
