    This happened o me with one of my chickens! She didn't make it, bu I do hope your duck makes i. If you have a vet bring your duck to it if you can fix it yourself, because in the end, my chicken ended up with maggots, and it was not pretty, nor was it a good way for my hen to go down.     Sadly, the crack is pretty far in. It's About 3/4 of a centimeter away from where her comb meets her beak. that's why I was worried.
