    Good to know! So only EEs have the green legs? But the male (the darker bird) has yellow legs. No green on him.

    I think they are about 2 months old. I believe the larger and darker one is a male. The lighter one appears to have greenish colored legs.

    I think I should also add her loegs do not appear to be splayed, they are not out at weird angles. One seems to be further back than the other. She can kick both legs.

    I have 1 rooster and 20 hens all just shy of 1 year old. The rooster has ripped out the feathers on the backs of most of the hens and some have bald spots on the backs of their heads. How long until the grow new feathers?

    2nd level chicken coop

    I put a second level in our coop and my chickens don't use it either. In fact, they all cram in the same corner (but that certainly makes it easier for clean up).
