    First thanksgiving turkey roast

    Hi, I have 3 turkeys that are all about 5 months old. I would like to know what is the optimle about of time to let it rest. I like my chickens at 72 hours. Thanks, any advice would be Appeciated :) -E M

    Thanks eggcessive , Yeah a few more died but they all seem better now and very active. The breed I lost the most of was jumbo Cornish x white rock. The dark Cornish seem to be doing the best and eating the most. E

    question about fowl pox (with picture)

    hi, just wondering if anyone could help me identify this skin condition? it is occurring on most of my 40 birds. This is a turken and some of the red rangers have it as well. are they pecking eachother? there are wild chickens in the area and lots of mosquitoes. thanks
