    Well you could take her to a vet, but if not, put some Blue Kote on the severed toe. It also looks like she was somehow attacked near that area, keep her separated from the rest of the flock and supplement her with food and water.

    Well, to resolve the egg problem you could try giving her more protein, something you could do is mashing up egg shells and giving it to her in her feed.

    Well, something you could do is when they have to go to roost you can shine a light into the coop, and when they are all in you shut the door and let them out in the morning.
