My RIR has a problem with her butt. The feathers are gone, it looks edematous. I cleaned her with warm H2O, but her vent is not clogged. She does seem to have some diarrhea

Rhode Island Reds. It's been a couple of months since I got the guineas.

My RHR's stopped laying after it got 2 guinea hens and a rooster. Is this normal? Should I separate the rooster?
