We not only love the coloring on her. But her whole attitude. She loves to visit our shoulders. And cuddles with the other chicken. She's very sociable and sweet. Her coloring on her wings is black and gold beautiful.

Maybe she's a mutt. lol. Hopefully a she the comb is so different from my others. And 7-8 may be too young to tell on the bantams. I have no clue. Complete newbie here

Being new to chickens we r not sure when to start feeding something other then the chick feed. At what age would you start feeding layers feed. ?
