I live out west. We have Intermountain farmers associated stores. I have been using their IFA chicken feed but am noticing a reduction in the amount of eggs laid. Has anyone used this product? How does it compare against other brands? What are your thoughts or comments?
I have white leghorns, rhode island reds and barred rocks. All of the girls are 3- 4 yrs old.
Egg laying is not as high as when they were younger.

My Rhode Island RED was sick for 2-3 days. She seems fine now, yet doesn't appear to be laying.
After the yellow discharge, not eating and low energy,,, no eggs.

I have 8 egg layers. Since the winter has set in, I have noticed a few of the hens have lost their tail feathers.
I have 4 WhiteLeghorns and 4 Rhode Island Reds. One hen from each group has lost tail feathers.
Looks like another hen is pecking at them???
