Ive seen people put some really big animals into small areas, HOWEVER there are quite a few differences in an emu and a sheep. Let them all go figure it out on their own. I have had pigeons for years and years and I have never separated them from inbreeding and have never had ANY problems.

It is extremely hard to raise a chick that has just hatched out to adulthood. Let the parents raise the chick for its sake.

Those 2 pigeons you are talinkg about are most definately baldhead birmingham rollers. They aren't close to a homer.

That mess is very hard to treat, however a good dose of LA 200 both in the water and injected seems to work very well maybe this will help you.

Male pigeons will sit on the nest and call the female onto the nest. They won't set on chicken eggs.
