On the witness stand in court the Dog Warden in Denville NJ said we should not be able to keep our 3 pet hens because chickens have diseases that can spread to people.
We finished defending in court, why we feel our pet hens are not breaking the ordnance many months ago.
We are waiting for Hon. Gerard F. Smith to rule on the case.
He must be considering it very carefully so we're sure he will provide get a fair decision.

I think they have no roosters law there now due to us
We haven't received the next court date yet but just had a search warrant given to us through a Zoning Officer Sal Poli

We aren't giving up and may have to appeal.
Even if the Judge didnt say he could and even though he didnt have any "paperwork" AKA search warrant, I let him see. I want everyone to see how you can keep a few chickens as pets and want to prove it to a Judge in court, its not "Farming". If we win then others will be able to get hens too.
