The law says no farming and house pets are excluded.

Yikes....I would post your video to the New Jersey board here at BYC and see what others have to say, too. You just might be able to change the city ordinance to allow chickens...good luck to you for sure!!

yes we go to court on June 19 and they have to prove they are not pets
