    I am currently using the deep litter method in my coop. I also use DE in the coop and dust my birds with it as well. How often should I be using it? I have only used it once so far because this is my girls first week outside in the coop.

    Who insulates their coop in Texas?

    I live in central Texas and I was wondering if I really need to insulate my coop? I have 4 RIR's and 2 EE's. My coop is draft free and has straw in it to help keep them warm.

    Where is the best/cheapest place to purchase harware cloth? I am having trouble finding any that is wider than 36" and the studs on my coop are 4' apart so 36" will not work.
