    15 eggs to date!!!!

    well this week has been great wheather wise and eggs the last few days I have been getting massive eggs :o that won't even fit in the egg carton and will not close, wednesday I got 12 eggs thursday I got 13 and today I got 15 eggs and some were just huge, which chicken would be laying these...

    HI AGAIN, I have been seeing over the past couple of days that my birds, are opening their mouths and going up and down, all day long ? could it be because they are thristy, they have lots of water. ???

    7-10 eggs a day??

    My hens started to lay eggs on August the 14th and now its the 27 and still only getting 7-10 eggs a day, I have different kinds of chickens, they were all born on the same day, and all the combs and wattles are red. and all of them are squatting ? maybe couple more weeks before they all start...

    Help.. 2 chickens hatched... one is tiny and weak

    ashytle: when I had a very sick baby chick, I mixed medicated chick starter and mixed it in a small bowl, and made it into oalmeal, (more water) just very runny. hope it feels better.

    Storing chicken feed

    here is what I use I made it the last couple of days. I put a clip on lock so no coons or any animals get in, I put a tarp over top so no rain get in and it is on a slight slope so that the grain can slide down to the bottom.

    *2* eggs per day per chicken??

    it happened to me a couple of years ago, I had 8 hens, I went out on a winter cold day, and from the day before I got 8 eggs then the next morning there was 11 eggs and could not believe my eyes.

    sorry to hear about the loss, when I lost 15 hens last year I went to the field behind the house and burried them there.

    White egg layer??

    I have I think 6 different kinds of brown egg laying birds, but yesterday I got a white egg, from one of the birds, I do have white birds, but they have red earlobes and should be laying brown eggs, but maybe just a fluke or not?
