Smaller Egg than usual
Ok this morning I collected a normal Bantom sized egg and one 2/3rds the size. Only a week prior to this I introduced my two Bantom Silkies to my 2 "2 1/2 year old" wyendottes. My friend told my this smaller egg could be the first of the silkies, or the last of the wyendottes. Could you help...- Bluezackias

Not got to grips with the lingo just yet, so the pullet look is like a mo hawk? And I'm so glad it's a female deep down, as I would find it difficult with the crowing- Bluezackias

ok im pretty sure ive read somewhere that if a silkie has tougher strands of hair on its head then its a roo. Can u tell me what this gorgeous lil silkie is, male or female....This one is phoenix - can always tell as more scruffier ( i like the scruffy look ) lol- Bluezackias
