    Bumble Bees

    Someone once told me that only the females sting and only come out of the hole to eat,the males dont sting they are the ones you see flying around and are trying to scare you away from the nest. If you throw something towards them they will fly after it... Pretty funny!! :D

    New to pheasants...

    I was given two "green mutant pheasant" eggs, I have them in the incubator on day 8. I've been looking for info. on them but come up short! Is this the proper name? Also is upkeep for all breeds the same? I need expert advise please I want to give them the best care and home possible!!!

    The buff one looks like my boy, except mine is a little darker! I believe you got lucky and got a pair.....but I'm definitely not an expert! :P

    I guess we will help each other :lol: your hubby will do fine, he does not do it now cause you're around to do it! They want to keep us happy!! How many and what kind of chickens do you have? I currently have D'uccles and Silkies.... I NEED some Seramas !! :P

    Well hello...glad to have someone close by in case I REALLY mess things up :( I don't know if I'll try this incubating thing again it's to stressful, and to think I already have 12+ eggs waiting, breakfast anyone!

    Do you think it will hurt them if I try the spraddel leg remedy? The eggs are from my d'uccle hens.
