    He says it looks like an egg tried to develop inside the egg. It was like a soft shell with white inside of it.

    I was afraid you'd ask for dissection lol I'll have my husband do it when he gets home. It looks hard. I think I found some of the super gross stuff on this forum while searching. .we don't have any new layers, but some recently started back up again and we do have 1 super old bird.

    The eggs are ours and were put in on 6/23 and some 6/25..due to the different dates,there hasn't really been a lock down and the incubator has been opened often.     How many birds for 24 sq ft?

    chickens..once they get used to their new home,we will let them loose but for a bit,just the coop and temporary run...um not sure on LF or bantams..I'm pretty new to this. We have had chickens twice but I don't know as much as DH..I'm trying to learn though I think this may be my new hobby!

    Our coop is 24 square feet.Not sure how big the run is,but it's temporary.How many birds(and I'm sure everyone is going to have a different opinion),do you think we could have?
