    hens are very docile when on the roost at night

    When I go out every night to check on my chickens, they are all very docile when they are sitting on the roost. Normally I cant go right up and pet each and every one of them, but when they sit on their roost they don't seem to mind. Are all chickens this silly?

    maybe you got the thicker walled PVC pipe, like the 300PSI pvc pipe when you should have gotten the thinner walled stuff that will bend, like the 120psi pvc pipe I know they have different pvc pipe thicknesses at Lowes, there were at least 3 different kinds when we built a PVC raised dog bed...

    question about MPC orders

    with my MPC order, they emailed me with the ship date after I placed the order, but I received no further order or shipping confirmation. My chicks were hatched and shipped on a Monday, and I got a call from the post office the next day on Tuesday at 10:30am, so be on the lookout!
