Thanks for the replies! Pretty much comes down to the easiest way for me to pick them up, we normally do shopping trips to St George, UT, and sometimes Vegas. Elko would be a possibility as well :)

my chicks eyes have been staying open on with out me cleaning them for 2 days!! Still swollen but looking tons better!
Moved its siblings outside today and decided to bring it out to play (it's first time outside!)
They all had a great time and are enjoying their new...
They all have clean litter, in a warm environment, maybe a little dust. I will look for those 2 antibiotics at the feed store today and give orally. Thanks for the advice, I will update all of you on any progress :)
I have a 10 week old silkie that has had the same issue for the past 2 weeks :/ did the duramycin for 12 days, no improvement .. What should I try next?
It does contain vitamin A, but it says it's fine for daily use :/ I guess I can stop them and see what happens. I still don't know what is going on with its eyes, I'm going to stop the antibiotics tomorrow also, as it's been almost 2 weeks. I feel awful that I can't help it, and I'm running out...
A big gallon jug of poultry vitamins, I'll check the name later tonight, but it covers all the main vitamins that are recommended for treating wry neck (had a chick with it that is now recovered) decided itd be a good idea to supplement vitamins to everyone while they're still young.
Forgot to add in that I have been adding poultry vitamins to all their water for about 3 weeks. Trying to keep them super healthy after loosing one almost 2 months ago to vitamin deficiency :/ I'm stumped on what to do

i posted last week about a 10 wk old chick with eye issues... They were swollen and sealing shut.. I've given antibiotics along with flushing it's eyes with saline for a week and a half and still no improvement :/ it is also half the size of its siblings.. I don't know what else to do...
