    Love the EcoGlow(it is a 20), cheap to run and I personally believe that the chicks prefer it although an infra red light is great the chicks love snuggling up against the warm plate(also I don't need to worry about the possibility of a fire).

    chick with twisted leg?!?!?!?

    Hi, One of my newly hatched chicks which is 48 hours old has one leg twisted I have attached pictures. Any advice on what I should do should I put it down or can I straighten the leg out or could it straighten itself out over time? Any advice would be great!! Thanks Cam

    How long in the incubator after hatching?

    After hatching eggs how long should I leave the chicks in the incubator? Should I leave them in the incubator for 24 hours or move them straight to the brooder? Also should I take the empty eggshells out of the incubator? My incubator is a brinsea mini eco advanced. Many thanks :)
