chick with twisted leg?!?!?!?

Hi,
One of my newly hatched chicks which is 48 hours old has one leg twisted I have attached pictures. Any advice on what I should do should I put it down or can I straighten the leg out or could it straighten itself out over time? Any advice would be great!!
