    I have a 5 gallon bucket with the nipples they push in to get water. I buy a small cheap aquarium heater and put it in the water, we have been down in the low teens and last year below zero with no issues.

    Yes I have had my bantam rooster mate with full size hens. Of course he is a buff Brahma bantam so he is almost the size of the hens. Bantam roosters are often honrey little guys. They would certainly try their best to mate They would be mutts

    What do your dogs see chickens as?

    My dogs are working dogs, German Wirehair Pointers. The youngest one will point them the older one just kind of ignores them.
