    I have roosters with my hens so feed growers pellets . I did put mixed grit and oyster shells in seperate dish but it kept getting dirty and covered with straw so it’s been better putting a clump of both with their food - as it’s replenished daily . Is this ok? How much mixed grit and oyster...

    What treats can you suggest for budgies? Have tried apple, raspberry and egg ( not together!)but not really interested. The only guarantee is millet at the mo ?

    Would like to tame them ! The first one was getting used to my fingers but I will have to start again with the new one now and leave them for a bit to get used to cage . Any suggestions? I’ve not had budgies before 😀

    There are two pullets ( one was getting grabbed initially but no longer) and 8 hens over a year old ( including the b’duccle) . Do you think they will continue to work together on grabbing the others ? Or is there a chance they will settle?
