Thanks... she is the only americana i have with a black face, so she is the pullet that doesn't have others that look like her...so you are probably correct:(

My 2 cents... I would continue to put the birds on the roost after dark... it usually takes one night... I use a round 2 inch pole seems to work fine for me....
During the (warmer) summer months I like to feed my chickens layer pellets, During the winter I switch to a combination of layer pellets and Cracked Corn. Does this sound ok i'm a beginer, I also give them scratch grain daily on the floor of thier coop ????
I'm not an expert by any means but my three Buff O's stayed out all last winter in thier coop with no heat (but it is draft free) and they did fine, its 9 degrees here today....
