What gender?
I bought this chick from a breeder. 5 1/2 week old BA. Is she a pullet or is he a roo? Just want to double check as he was a bit unsure himself.- chicken86

ok so at 4 weeks old they started to show more signs of colour and size. Their characteristics are extremely different chicken#2 is a lot more quiet and is the only one that our 2 older RIR hens like for some reason they peck the other 2 which I think are roos, whereas with chick#2 they let it...- chicken86

Ok so only 4 days older than the previous photos and they've changed heaps already! This black chick in the photo is different to the other 2 it's very skiddish and soft whereas the other 2 seem confident and more male dominant. The black ones are definitley Australorp.- chicken86

Yeh it's right at the tail my grandma said the other day that she thought if they had it its a male generally it's an external bump all 3 have it but it could just be the tail bump- chicken86

Chick 1 Larger black one, I know it's a male but breed? Chick 2 smaller black I'm not 100% on gender it's very timid and sketchy compared to other two Chick 3 white one hoping its a hen as we like it's coloring and its the friendliest out of the 3- chicken86
