I clipped one side of all their wings, should I do both sides? Is it any more effective?

I have 10 buff orpingtons that are around 4 1/2 to 5 months old. The past couple of weeks 2 of the girls squat down real low and open their wings a little bit when i go to pick them up. They have never done this before. We don't have a rooster. Any ideas?

Its just interesting reading these and seeing that there are a handful of people whose criteria for tipping aren't even about the service. And by interesting I mean annoying.
20% is great. It's just killer when I get those tables that have $100 bills and feel its ok to leave a $10 tip. I know they are happy because they give you what i like to call the verbal tip. "You gave great service, thanks so much"
