Having a pale comb is normal in chickens, but if it was a different color before than you might have frostbite on the chicken’s comb. It’s nothing serious.
It looks like an in-bound egg. Have you tried to clean out her vent? She might need to be separated from the other chickens to make sure they don’t need peck her.

A fox tried to snatch a chicken from our coop once, they probably dug a hole underneath your wiring or climbed over the fence. We got rid of the problem by placing a board over the coop’s entrance when all the chickens went in. Eventually the fox gave up and didn’t show up anymore.
