Help! My chicken is paralyzed!

I have to ask...is a vet an option?
A vet would be able to help you/her the most.

We can guess here but won't really know what's wrong with her.

If she will not eat and drink she will die, are you willing to tube feed and water her?

Can you answer any of the questions in post 7? I am just worried about possible botulism. Please check to see if your feed smells funny or looks moldy ( green or blue?) Mareks disease might be here problem, but it is hard to know without vet care, testing, or observation. Can you bring her inside the house in a dog crate to observe her closely? Would you like to learn to tube feed her? If you lose her, you may want to get a necropsy to look for what is wrong. Here is a list of state vets:

Has this hen been free ranging? Are there machines in your yard that could be leaking fluids onto the ground? How about recent insecticide use?
Do you have a compost pile that rotten veggies and moldy fruits have been tossed? Is it very wet where the chickens have been hanging out? Notice any molds anywhere?
