Hello, I have this 2 month old kitten I don’t know what it has, and the lady that is selling her says that the other cats she had got it. She said they just recovered from pink eye, and there is black stuff in the nose, probably from dirt and mucus. Does anyone know what to do?
Hello, I was looking at getting a kitten and upon arrival noticed that it had black stuff in its nose. The owner said they had pink eye, but thought they recovered. I am just curious if it could be something more serious, and may also spread to other cats.
I think it could be mites that are making its feathers like that, but it could also be molting. I am going to get something to get rid of mites just incase. It’s back end is dirty from droppings. I washed it off as best I could, but today it’s all dirty again. It’s acting like the other chicken...
None of the other chickens have symptoms of this. These symptoms only started today. I have had problems with scaly leg mites, do u think it could be from them.
I already had one chicken die but I thought it was just from old age since she was a 4 year old isa brown. Now I have another chicken that is acting sick that is only a little over a year old. It cannot get up at all and is just laying there on its side. It is a sizzle so that is why it’s...
The silkie chick is almost a month old and has just started acting sick. It is huntched over and not moving from were it is standing. It’s crop feels full of water. It is smaller than a chick that is 4 days younger than it. It is very weak and can almost not walk around. It’s poop is diarrhea...
I think they are pullets. Sometimes when it is windy chickens will open there mouths, because it is harder to breath. They would not be trying to crow at that age.
I think that that is a frizzle. Silkies are usually called sizzles. That is not a silkie its skin is red and its feathers are white. Silkies have white feathers with black skin. Sizzles should have 5 toes instead of four.
