    Definitely a hen. My little Wellie chick looked like a pullet right up till she developed long wattles and white feathers in the sickle. too many colors to be anything but a roo and now he is lording it over all.

    So lovely to see them hatching, never fails to leave me in awe. congratulations and have fun with your sweeties. I have the king suro it has been amazing. took the risk of just leaving it plugged in at home while I went on vacation, amazing came home in time to hatch my new brood.

    Try a little vapour rub like Vicks or snufflebabe, mentholated rub or olbas oil in a little petroleum jelly, rub on nostrils and throat area, it will help keep the airways clear and give tlc.
