I have since gotten them outside and they still peck from time to time.. but now it goes around to all...Pecking orders have shifted

So I noticed that my babies 3 weeks old now are pecking at each other ... So I moved them into a bigger area to try and stop this... I have 1 Americuana and 2 Wyndottes picking the neck of my other Americuana... Any one have any ideas WHY they are picking on her? I have tried to separate her...

So my chicks are flying!!! I thought they maybe too young for this...LOL opened the brooder to clean water and food.. and one of my Ameracanus flies to the top of the brooder and gets out!!! boy this was fun and thank god in a room in the house so I could catch her... At what age do they start...
