The houdan is so friendly! Loves being held and as soon as she hears your voice she comes over and looks up at you to be held it’s so cute haha Absolutely loving the head floof! So adorable

Has anyone had experience with this part of the incubator being broken?? My fiancé surprised me with the NR360 for my birthday this weekend and I very excitedly opened it only to find it broken.. he’s emailed the place he ordered it from to return it but haven’t heard back from them in a while...
