Nurture right 360 broken…

Has anyone had experience with this part of the incubator being broken?? My fiancé surprised me with the NR360 for my birthday this weekend and I very excitedly opened it only to find it broken..
he’s emailed the place he ordered it from to return it but haven’t heard back from them in a while..

Any ideas on what to do??

I agree, call the Amazon customer service line. They will send a new one. I ordered mine from Amazon and it had a slight defect, it was still usable so I set eggs before I called, hoping when I called they would offer a discount for the defect, they wanted me to send it back but it was in use, so they told me to keep it and sent me another one
