The title says pretty much everything. The combs also look undeveloped.
I'm feeding pullet food and lots of scraps. Worried I might be feeding wrong? Or something else?

The girls now go into the coop at night without me doing anything. I just check to be sure they're in and then shut the door.
Today's great breakthrough: they were very skeptical about watermelon, but after several minutes one of them tried it. Next thing I knew there was a feeding frenzy!

Last night was unexpectedly cold -- high 40s! I went out in the morning to feed the girls, and they were very excited and perky! Looks like it was indeed time. I imagine that the 4" or so of clean pine shavings helped as well. My kids are very excited for the first morning that the girls go out...
A question:
The chicks we're born March 25. Weather here hits an overnight low of about 55 at the moment. As you'll see from the previous pictures, the coop is in a fairly shady spot.
Do you think I can put my 6 RIR girls out yet, or wait a little bit longer? I plan to leave them locked in...
Coop is done. Just have to put up the second row of wire and it's ready.
The nesting boxes remove in a block, and the other face hinges down, so I can hose out the inside quite easily.
