Starting from nothing

Although getting them to go into the coop at night was not easy....

My dog doesn't understand why the chickens won't play with him. He's wagging his tail and everything!

The girls now go into the coop at night without me doing anything. I just check to be sure they're in and then shut the door.

Today's great breakthrough: they were very skeptical about watermelon, but after several minutes one of them tried it. Next thing I knew there was a feeding frenzy!

One question that worries me. One of them is a slightly paler color; otherwise, my family and I can't tell them apart. Is this normal?

Mine just luv watermelon. I give them the ends/rinds as well.
I don't think you should be too worried by the color variation. As long as chicken is acting normal and healthy otherwise. JMO

Sorry, I wasn't clear. What worries me is that I can't tell them apart.
